Click Marketing Explained

Click Marketing, exclusively provided by the TJT marketing team, has two primary focuses:

  • Provide marketing assistance and support for onboarding agent needs

  • Deliver ongoing high quality digital marketing that leverages a digital presence, online supports, and social media

By design, this marketing approach supports a two-fold effect:

  • creating and maintaining on-going sales leads

  • positioning agents as top-of-mind professionals backed by a brand recognized as trusted and proven

⚠️DISCLOSURE: Agent Responsibility & Agreement Statement 

We’re excited to offer engaging marketing options that effectively promote agents and their business.  This includes virtually staged and enhanced photos for listings.  As professionals, it’s imperative and expected, that all provided marketing is used responsibly and follows MLS rules, SC LLR guidelines, and TJT policies. (explained in the Ethics and Disclaimer tab)

To keep things consistent, an “Agreement Statement” has been added to the bottom of the Click Marketing Request Form.  Agents must check the box acknowledging this statement before the form can be submitted, so be sure to understand the statement.

By reviewing the information on all the Click Marketing tabs, especially the Ethics and Disclaimer tab, what the "agreement statement" covers should be clear - including use guidelines for virtually staged and enhanced photos and other expectations that help keep marketing efficient and in line with best practices. The submitting agent is responsible for how they use the provided marketing.

This approach protects everyone and maintains the trusted reputation and high standards Sean JAGER and The JAGER Team are known for.
